This course aims to enable companies to build a framework for their own internal coaching and mentoring programme.
KHPC offers coaching to senior executives, and also provides a training programme to enable them to coach and mentor others within the firm. This will support career development in junior workers, maintaining a strong sense of loyalty, inclusion and keep teams invested. Learning proper coaching techniques can significantly improve the quality of any coaching offered, and in mentoring, can help to bring a ‘coaching mindset’ to the process.
Our sessions cover coaching techniques such as active listening, open questioning, contracting and structuring sessions. We teach a variety of coaching models, and some creative techniques to really get the best out of your coachees. We cover ethics and boundaries around the coaching relationship, in particular where there is a tripartite agreement with a sponsor, coach and coachee. We can build a bespoke framework for your company.
(This can be offered as a shorter course in 2 half days as an ‘Introduction to Coaching’ course.)
